13598 Rotax 912 Carb Heater

13598 Rotax 912 Carb Heater. The carburetor Heater is intended to add a small amount of heat to the carburetor body in order to keep the temperature of the body above freezing point, so that any ice formed will not adhere to the carburetor throat. Because there is no significant heating of the actual intake air, there will be a negligible loss of full engine power when the carburetor heater is on. Because it uses warm coolant water there is no large amp draw associated with electric carb heaters. Kit includes all parts shown including coolant hoes. Available in four different configurations.
